Roger’s Wrecker Service & Auto Repair did an outstanding job helping us when one of our buses got stuck in a very grassy area after several days of heavy rain. When we first called, our driver thought it was just one wheel spinning, but it quickly turned into a much bigger situation. As they were working to pull the bus out, it continued to sink deeper, and what seemed like a simple job turned into about a three hour ordeal. Allison at the front desk was amazing over the phone. She was kind, professional, and very helpful from the very beginning. Roger was also extremely communicative throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated. They kept us informed, handled the situation with patience, and made us feel like we were in good hands the whole time. The company was very fair, very responsive, and we are truly grateful that they were available right away when we needed help. Situations like this can be stressful, especially with a larger vehicle, but they handled everything professionally and did a fantastic job. Thank you so much to Allison, Roger, and the entire team. Continue the fantastic work. We really appreciate you. Hopefully we do not need you too many times in the future LOL, but we will definitely keep you in mind for anything that may come up. Absolutely amazing people! I am from Indiana and I was down at the river which my kids when my keys got wet and stopped working. I panicked called the no emergency line and they advised me to call Rogers towing. I called them and they had someone right out to me and because of some financial difficulties he unlocked it completely free. I was stuck all the way down by the river 3.5 miles away from them and they didn't hesitate to help my kids and me. 10/10 best people I've ever had the pleasure of receiving help from! Heros don't always wear capes sometimes they drive towards trucks!!!!!!! Thank you so much y'all are angels!
